Description:

One of eight northern pintail eggs discovered 9 miles (14.48 km) east and 1 mile (1.61 km) north of Didsbury, Mountain View County, after flushing the bird (see CBE2476 - CBE2483). The eggs had been freshly laid in a nest that was "of dry grass and leaves, on road allowance, hid in small willow bush," (Hamm Slip).
