Description:

One of three freshly laid American white ibis eggs that were identified by the birds (see CBE2640 - CBE2642). The nest was "of sticks, reed stems and salt water cedar leaves and placed in salt water cedar tree about 9 ft. from ground. In colony of ibises, herons and egrets on island in Cooper River," (Cutts slip).
