Description:

One of three freshly incubated American white ibis eggs collected and identified by the birds present (see CBE2666 - CBE2668). The nest was "of sticks and salt water cedar leaves and placed in salt water cedar tree about 7 ft. from ground. In colony of herons, ibises, and egrets on island in the harbor," (Cutts slip).
