The awning covered windows of the Fireproof Building (100 Meeting) can be seen to the left and St. Michael's Church (71 Broad) is visible in the background. An automobile decorated as a float advertises "Greetings from Ted Pauly" in the distance. Printed from a glass plate negative held in the Museum Archives.
The News and Courier reported "The parade will form at King and John Streets and will proceed south on King street to Broad, moving east on Broad to Meeting and north on Meeting to Marion square where it will disband."
