Page 4: Confederate Veterans Reunion, "Old Secession"

Description:

Photograph of a four horse-drawn limber and field cannon traveling down a brick-paved road. A man and woman are riding the rear pair of horses while one man sits on the ammunition chest and another straddles the cannon barrel. Sams made a handwritten notation at the bottom, " 'Old Secession' (cannon) This gun was fired to inform Charlestonians as each state seceded. Veteran Reunion 1899."
