Description:

One of four glossy ibis eggs that were freshly incubated and identified by the birds present when collected (see CBE2688 - CBE2691). The nest was "of stick and reed stems and lined with salt water cedar leaves and placed in salt water tree about 5 ft. from the ground. In large colony of ibises, egrets and herons on island in Cooper River," (Cutts sip).
