Description:
One of three glossy ibis eggs that were freshly incubated and identified by the birds present when collected (see CBE2698-CBE2700). The nest was "of sticks, canes and salt water cedar leaves and placed in salt water cedar tree about 6 ft. from ground. In large colony of herons, egrets and ibises on island in harbor," (Cutts sip).
