Description:

Powder flask made from a coconut and engravings that feature examples of French decorations and a carved face decorated with mother of pearl eyes. A simple, nonadjustable charger is fixed at one end and serves as a nose to the two eyes. Two strap loops are attached at the sides and one is fastened to the bottom opposite the nose. The flask also exhibits three large medallions all showing hunting scenes with one smaller medallion depicting an angel.
