Description:

Sepia photograph in a panaramic format of the front view of the main house at the Rocks Plantation. A smaller outbuilding is visible just to the left. Handwritten on reverse reads, "The Rocks Eutawville, S.C. 192 burned."

In 1942 the house was moved to escape the flooding for the Santee Cooper Hydroelectric and Navigation Project. The house was completely destroyed by fire in 1992.
