Description:
A sample of pale green and gray schistose rock, collected from the Broad River Valley Silver Mountain Ore Bank, 0.3 miles south of Cherokee Ford Station, 3 miles south of Blacksburg, South Carolina, c. 1900. The sample may be a pyritic schist, and requires further identification.
