Description:
A sample of gray-green trap rock with criss-crossing white quartz veins, taken from a trap vein that was 6 or 8 feet long and 4 or 5 inches wide in granite. Collected near the dam to Fisher's Mills, 3 miles below Columbia, South Carolina.
