Description:
Daguerreotype of a woman wearing a printed dress with a lace collar and lace fingerless gloves. The image is surrounded in a gold metal border and mounted in a shallow case with the interior pad lined in a brown satin. Notations on case, "Penn's Treaty Tree." This might reference the Penn Treaty Elm which fell during a storm in 1810.
