Description:
Photograph of two docked submarines, the U.S.S. Sturgeon (SS-187) and the U.S.S. Snapper (SS-185).
Both submarines were decommissioned in Boston in 1945 and struck from the Naval Vessel Register in 1948. They were sold for scrap the same year.
