Description:
Oil landscape painting on canvas illustrating a river, conveyed in pale orange and lavender, viewed through a line of trees growing on the embankment. The embankment erodes to reveal orange soil that contrasts with the greens and purples of the landscape. Also visible are buildings, conveyed in pink in the distance, and a bridge silhouetted in front of a hill. Some of the trees are draped in spanish moss.
