Description:

Deep blue wool two piece bathing dress with white cotton twill tape trimming. The undersuit (a) has a sailor collar trimmed with two rows of white twill tape that leads into a six-button placket.The short sleeves end above the elbow, are gathered into a slight puff shape, and have cuffs trimmed with two rows of twill tape. The romper has no defined waistline, and the legs extend just below the knees with cuffs trimmed in one row of twill tape. The matching overskirt (a) has a waistband with four rows of twill tape that closes with hooks and eyes on the left side. There is an interior waistband of blue cotton that buttons to close on the right side. The bottom of the full gathered skirt is edged with three rows of twill tape.
